Kodu - programming for kids!

Microsoft released a new 'game' that runs on xbox that lets kids create games from scratch using only the joystick. Personally I think programming is a fantastic skill to have and this is a great intro. The concepts taught really help give you a good framework for thinking about the world in a logical way.

Man I might have owned a Tesla today if I had played a game like that instead of asteroids & pong. Playing w my TRS 80... The languages back then were nuts Awk, Fortran, Pascal, SNOBOl, Lisp Prolog, Algol68, and ALAI. The kids have no idea how great they have it... I guess you know I am an old man now:)!
